Failed Deliveries.....

I have an Arcanum affiliate vendor...... 2 customers purchased Wishmaster and never received the hud.

Additionally the $L was sent to me then to Apez Mann as it should, but I have not been credited the commission in Apez.com.

I have filed a ticket to Apez as the problem I'm sure is on their end, but I have yet to receive a response/solution. The customers are starting to get slightly impatient and I'm not sure what to do at this point..........

Still no response from Apez.com.......

It appears apez vendors are having issues...... No fault of Arcanum

The person who was helping me buy a Wishmaster also had to have Zachh manually deliver the gift box to him, so it probably isn't only your customers. ^^

All Apez vendors for a few days had issues........ it created problems with deliveries and a few other issues.

They are working to fix the problem and will send out anything that failed to deliver but it may take some time.
